VH Products USA is committed to delivering your research compounds promptly and securely. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. facility. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a Friday, or during weekends and observed U.S. holidays, will begin processing the next available business day.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. VH Products USA is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or customs processing.
Packaging & Compound Integrity
All compounds are shipped as lyophilized powder sealed in airtight vials. Orders are packed with appropriate insulation and cushioning to protect compound integrity during transit. For temperature-sensitive compounds, cold pack shipping is available — please contact us prior to ordering if your compound requires cold chain handling.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Customers are responsible for verifying that the importation of any compound is legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
Returns & Damaged Shipments
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
