7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with documentation. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VH Products USA, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of any product, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or research outcomes.
