SLU-PP-332 is a first-in-class small molecule agonist of Estrogen-Related Receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ) — nuclear receptors that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism. These receptors are often referred to as "exercise mimetics" targets due to their role in the transcriptional response to endurance training.
